I think Amarr Scouts should be something like this:
Amarr Scout Ak.0 (King Edition)
GÖª2 H slots GÖª3 L Slots GÖª140 Armor GÖª100 Shields GÖª1 E GÖª1 L GÖª1 S GÖªSpeed. 7.1 (LESS Than MIN ASSAULT) GÖªMOVEMENT SPEED:6 (Highest in the game) GÖªStamina 275
Bonus: Scout +5% Prof Dampening per level Amarr Scout +5% Scan Precision per level
With Decent HP (for a scout) And the highest Movement Speed , It makes it a Perfect Battle Scout Or a Powerful E-WAR specialist... This is the scout I would love to have...
What about YOUR amarr & Cal Scouts?! Let me see them!

It would be the FASTEST MOVEMENT SPEED in the game.Its a different story.
It leaves Armor tanking being a possibility without loosing in Movement speed vs Med frames or be a powerful CQ Fighter.

Agreed. This amarr scout is probable viale in a world where Mk.0 has 3 L 3 H, The Gallente has 2 H 4 L ....
That gives +1 H to our friend's Dr3K Caldari scout up there....

No, your amarr scout will have 2h/2L, amarr always get 1 slot less and he dont have 2 equipment if the other scout dont have it, until they fix other scout suit , that will come in 2014
Thats what im saying. This Scout is in a world where hopefully Scouts have 6 slots instead of 5. There by the Amarr Scout would have 5 slots.
BTW, whats your problem? So you want us to have less Slots same as everything else, then i want 60+ HP than every other suit, plus Logi calss SPU-PG plus 300 Stamina LOL

Let me see. At level 5 i have enough profile Dampening to avoid ADV Active scanners. I have a PAssive Scanning high enough to passivley scan like ADV Scanner. I have enough slots for Range APLIFIERS,armor tanking AND armor repairers.With the high MOVEMENT SPEED i can Hipfire most effectivley with Shotguns,SMG's,Pistols (without even having to use L1)...
I know i would use this.
Still. Im not asking what you think of my vision of the scout Buddies, im asking how do YOU think the scouts should/could be.... HEH...

Highest movement speed and great stamina and great built in precision You can: Complex kin cat Plate of your choice - even rep or ferroscale not limiting speed Dampener / Range 2 Damage mods or Shield and Damage mod Seems better than the Minmatar Scout - hope they dont give it a higher move speed than mine
